for industrial and commercial end users.
These services include physical supply options for baseload, swing and peaking gas as well as financial risk management products to meet the needs of the individual situation and energy market information. Our goal is to create value for the customer.
Concord Energy can provide physical gas supply that incorporates strategies for supply, transport and pooling. If the customer prefers to hold the transportation contract Concord Energy can assist with managing the nomination and balancing processes.
Based on customer needs, Concord Energy can help design a risk management strategy that meets the objective, whether it is price assurance,

low price or high price protection. These strategies and their execution are based on the individual situation and input from the customer. Options in this area include fixed pricing, monthly pricing on one of a number of indexes, a blend of the two or other options on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the sale of physical gas and implementation of a risk management strategy Concord Energy provides customers with energy market information to help the customer evaluate what energy expenses have been and could be. This information includes periodic gas market updates, cost savings analyses relative to utility supply, spot invoice reviews and other gas market communications.
